These Terms of Service govern your use of SG Bus+, including the mobile app and website. By using SG Bus+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

SG Bus+ is a Singapore public transport app that helps users check bus arrival timings, nearby bus stops, Singapore bus routes, MRT map information, MRT route planning, crowd level information, favourite stops, and EZ-Link or CEPAS balance features on supported devices.

SG Bus+ is provided for convenience and informational purposes.

Public transport information, including bus arrival timings, route information, MRT map details, station or bus crowd levels, and related data, may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. You should use your own judgment and check official sources where timing, safety, accessibility, fare, or route accuracy is important.

You are responsible for using SG Bus+ safely and lawfully. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while walking, cycling, driving, crossing roads, boarding, alighting, or moving through transport stations.

Any EZ-Link or CEPAS balance checking feature is provided for convenience on supported NFC devices. SG Bus+ is not a stored-value card issuer, transit operator, bank, or official payment authority. Card balances, transactions, or displayed values may not always reflect the latest official record.

Only use card-reading features with cards you own or are authorised to access.

SG Bus+ may rely on third-party services, platform features, public transport data, app store services, maps, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services. We are not responsible for third-party services, data accuracy, outages, terms, or privacy practices.

If you download SG Bus+ from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use may also be subject to Apple or Google's applicable terms, policies, and platform rules.

SG Bus+, including its branding, design, text, graphics, features, and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of SG Bus+ except as permitted by law or with written permission.

You agree not to misuse SG Bus+.

• Do not interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access systems without permission.
• Do not use SG Bus+ for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Do not rely on SG Bus+ as the only source for emergency, safety-critical, or time-critical decisions.
• Do not use SG Bus+ in a way that violates app store rules or applicable laws.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue SG Bus+ or any feature at any time. Features may vary by device, operating system, location, permissions, and third-party service availability.

SG Bus+ is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SG Bus+ and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-data damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate transport information, service interruptions, device issues, third-party services, or your use of or reliance on SG Bus+.

We may suspend or terminate access to SG Bus+ if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the app in a way that may harm users, systems, third-party services, or the public.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of SG Bus+ after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
