SG Bus+ is designed to help Singapore commuters check bus arrival timings, nearby bus stops, Singapore MRT map information, MRT route planning, crowd level information, favourite stops, and EZ-Link or CEPAS card balance features.

Depending on the features you use and permissions you grant, SG Bus+ may process the following types of information:

• Saved preferences, such as favourite bus stops or app settings, to make repeat journeys faster.

• NFC card data needed to read supported EZ-Link or CEPAS card balance information on compatible devices.
• Advertising or analytics identifiers if advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or similar third-party SDKs are enabled in the app.

We use information to operate, improve, secure, and support SG Bus+.

• To provide bus arrival Singapore, SG bus timing, nearby bus stop Singapore, Singapore bus routes, MRT map Singapore, Singapore MRT route planner, bus crowd level Singapore, and balance checking features.
• To remember favourite stops and app preferences.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, improve performance, and understand feature usage.

SG Bus+ may request access to your device location so it can show nearby bus stops and location-based transport information. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. If you disable location access, nearby-stop features may be limited or unavailable.

On NFC-supported devices, SG Bus+ may process card information needed to display EZ-Link or CEPAS balance details. This feature is intended to help you view card information locally and conveniently. Do not use the feature with cards you are not authorised to access.

SG Bus+ may use third-party services such as app store platforms, analytics, crash reporting, maps, advertising networks, or public transport data sources. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Apple and Google may also collect or process information when you download SG Bus+ from the App Store or Google Play.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only where reasonably needed to operate the app, provide support, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or work with trusted service providers that support SG Bus+.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Some information may remain on your device until you delete the app or clear app data.
